About Me
Rory is the founder and Head Coach of RJM Football Coaching, a passionate and dedicated coach based in Bedfordshire.
He holds a FA Level 2 Coaching License and is currently working towards his UEFA B qualifications in both Outfield and Goalkeeping coaching.
With a strong focus on developing players physically, technically, emotionally, and mentally, Rory aims to help every individual reach their full potential through tailored coaching sessions.
Rory is known not only for his coaching ability, but also as a mentor and role model, earning a reputation for inspiring and supporting young athletes on and off the pitch. His long-term goal is to complete his UEFA badges and progress into coaching at the professional level.
He currently coaches as a Goalkeeping Coach at Luton Town Community Trust and Dunstable Town FC.

He has also provided specialist 1-to-1 coaching for goalkeepers across all ages and abilities.
Before coaching, Rory played football from the age of 7, spending his playing years across Bedfordshire. He played semi-professionally until the age of 26, representing clubs such as Dunstable Town FC and AFC Dunstable, as well as competing in Sunday League football for several local teams.
Following injuries that brought his playing career to an early end, Rory shifted his focus to coaching—driven by a passion to share his experience and give back to the next generation of players.
