At RJM Football Coaching, our mission is to develop confident, skilled, and well-rounded football players across Bedfordshire by delivering high-quality, personalised coaching in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. We aim to inspire young athletes to reach their full potential—on and off the pitch—through expert guidance, positive mentorship, and a commitment to long-term growth.

RORY mCMULLAN

Football Coach

Rory is the founder and Head Coach of RJM Football Coaching in Bedfordshire, holding an FA Level 2 Coaching License and currently pursuing UEFA B qualifications in both outfield and goalkeeping. He is known for his holistic approach to player development, focusing on physical, technical, emotional, and mental growth.

Rory currently coaches at Luton Town Community Trust and Dunstable Town FC as a Goalkeeping Coach, with previous experience at clubs including Watford FC Community Trust, AFC Dunstable, GK Icon, Royston Town, and Pro-Direct Academy Luton. He also provides specialist 1-to-1 goalkeeper coaching for players of all levels.
